  IELTS is the International English Language Testing System. IELTS is administered by British Council, University of Cambridge Local Examination Syndicate (UCLES) and IDP Education Australia.

• Permanent Residence*
  
  -   Skilled Migrant category
      This category requires applicants to score points under a range of criteria. So if you’ve got the skills NZ needs, the Skilled Migrant Category (SMC) offers you the opportunity to move to New Zealand to work and live permanently.
  
  -   Family category
      For all categories – partnership, dependent child, parent, sibling or adult child of a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident
  
  -   Investor & Business category
      Category for migrants looking to move to New Zealand as investors, entrepreneurs or business people.
  
  -   Special cases
      For special individual, family or employment situations that are not able to be accommodated within existing immigration policies.
  
  
• Temporary Visas*
  
  -   Work Visas/ Permits
      Overseas passport holders who are not permanent residents in NZ MUST hold a valid work permit before they can work in New Zealand.
  
  -   Student Visas/ Permits
      Overseas passport holders who are not permanent residents in NZ MUST hold valid student permit before they can study in NZ. This has been discussed above.
  
  -   Visitor Visa
      Overseas passport holders who are not permanent residents in NZ would need a visitor visa to stay temporarily in NZ, but cannot study or work on this status. You can stay in New Zealand for up to nine months on a visitor permit.

• Schengen Visa - Basically for European countries. A total of 30 countires including all members of the European Union (except Ireland and the United Kingdom) and three non-EU members comprising of Iceland, Norway and Switzerland have signed the Schengen Agreement. Students and clients either for study visa or tourist visa can apply under Schengen facility.

• Online Assessment
  
  Unlike many in the industry, we offer FREE initial assessment. This can be done over the phone, email or through our online assessment facility (recommended). We aim to respond to all inquiries in good faith, within 48 hours of receiving the inquiry. These initial assessments are limited because of the limited information and time that is possible. Such initial assessments and responses to enquiries are free of charge.
